Erick Granados, founder of EG Arts, LLC, is a Boston-based artist with nearly 20 years of experience in decorative painting, blending traditional techniques with modern design. A Massachusetts College of Art and Design graduate, Erick turned his passion for art into a career dedicated to transforming spaces into unique, immersive environments.
Since founding EG Arts a decade ago, he has worked with top designers and homeowners across the country, creating custom finishes that reflect each client’s personality. Known for his attention to detail, professionalism, and collaborative approach, Erick brings craftsmanship and creativity to every project. For him, this work is more than a business—it’s a true passion he’s honored to share with his clients.
Outside of work, Erick enjoys spending time with his family, watching the Celtics and Patriots, cooking, and coaching his daughter’s softball team.
Meet the Director of Business and People Operations
Danielle Granados has been a trusted business advisor to EG Arts, LLC since its founding in 2016, and now serves as Director of Business and People Operations. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Boston University and over 20 years of experience across various industries and startups, Danielle brings a wealth of expertise in business management, process development, and organizational strategy.
In her current role, Danielle oversees financial planning and budget management, benefits review and implementation, contractor relations, and a wide range of operational matters. Her strengths in people management, communication, and financial acumen help ensure smooth operations and a collaborative, creative work environment.
When not working, Danielle enjoys creating memorable experiences with her family, baking bread and other treats, coaching her daughter’s softball team, and participating in volunteer efforts throughout Massachusetts
